South Lake Middle School adopted Title I school-wide to be able to use resources through Title I funding to impact all students. Our Title I monies are funded through federal programing based on the number (not the identity) of students that are enrolled in the free and/or reduced lunch program. The majority of these monies are allocated to reducing class size, increase in-class support through Instructional Assistants, and providing targeted intervention classes in reading, math and executive functioning.
