Laser Show @ 3 p.m.
The SPIE Laser Roadshow is a unique STEM outreach event for students that showcases the exciting fields of optics and photonics. The program opens with a live presentation featuring captivating demonstrations that illustrate basic principles of light, color, and optical manipulation. A laser-light show then follows that incorporates science, technology, art, and music into a high-energy, unforgettable educational experience. The primary goal of the program is to reveal to students the connection between optics and photonics and their everyday lives and to motivate them to explore career opportunities in these fields.
