Hello South Lake Families,
This evening, Thursday, September 7th, is our Back to School Night from 6:00 – 8:00pm. If your student is currently enrolled in Bonus Period PE, please plan on arriving early for their presentation at 5:40pm. Your student has created a Schedule Locator Card for you to use to follow their class schedule. A Campus Map is also included. Please bring this with you so that you know where to go and the order of their classes. You can also look this up on the Parent Portal to look up their schedule and create your own copy (linked above).
Back to School Night is a wonderful opportunity for you to meet your student’s teachers, become familiar with their class expectations and what to look forward to over the course of the year. Our teachers are just getting to know your student so this is not an appropriate time to ask personal questions or share personal information. You are welcome to reach out to teachers directly to have this conversation.
Please leave your student at home…Back to School Night is for Parents/Guardians only. The night moves quickly and we will be on hand to assist you with directions. Please walk or ride your bike over if you are close to our school – this will help with parking…thank you!
Lastly, please note that Friday is a Minimum Day, school is over at 12:30pm.
